For students re-enrolling or entering as new students, important information can be accessed here. New students, transferees, and returning applicants should download and submit the following forms:

• Academic Recommendation Form (Grade 1-11)
• Confidential Recommendation Form (Grade 1-4)
• Confidential Recommendation Form (Grade 5-11)
• Medical Record Form (Nursery to Grade 11)

Additionally, prepare a medical certificate from a pediatrician stating the learner’s physical fitness for school or noting any pertinent physical conditions.
