How to Enroll

REQUIREMENTS

  • Report Card
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • 2×2 or 1×1 Picture

For foreign students:
Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and Copy of Passport


ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

OPTION A: Enrollment (ONSITE)
ENROLMENT is posted in the school lobby.

STEP 1: Visit our Online Enrolment System at portal.chst.edu.ph

STEP 2

OLD STUDENT:

  • Use the same USERNAME and PASSWORD previously given to you.
  • Click the REGISTRATION button, then verify your information. SUBMIT and proceed to STEP 4: Payment Scheme.

NEW STUDENT:
LOGIN and send us a message on the school’s official FB page CHSTarlacOfficial for your LOGIN CREDENTIALS  and get your TEMPORARY USERNAME and PASSWORD.

STEP 3: FILL OUT the registration form, then click the SUBMIT button.

STEP 3.1 Wait for CONFIRMATION until the Guidance and Registrar’s Offices process and verify your application and registration.

STEP 3.2 REVISIT the Online Enrolment System and proceed to the payment scheme.

STEP 4: Click (current school year) SY 20xx-20xx ENROLMENT for your choice of PAYMENT SCHEME of school fees.

STEP 5: DEPOSIT PAYMENT to :

Account Name: College of the Holy Spirit of Tarlac, Inc.
Account Number: 373-7-37350235-5
Bank Branch: Metrobank McArthur Highway, Tarlac City.

STEP 6: Email PROOF OF PAYMENT to chstacctgofc@gmail.com. Upon bank verification, an OFFICIAL RECEIPT will be sent to you together with a LETTER of successful enrolment.
